I'm writing this about page exactly a week after I built the Political Opinions site and felt it about time to put this little cherry on top of the cake and actually tell people about the site.

The site is designed to provide people with a tool to read political blogs at their leisure without having to visit each blog site and scrolling through to find the bits they want to read. The Political Opinions site looks at over 350 political blogs and automatically tags the articles, this allows you to click on various tags and see the articles that talk about that subject.

This gives the power back to you and me, the readers. We can now just read the articles that we care about and see all of the different opinions from all of the different political blogs. If a blog that you like isn't in the system then you can simply add it by clicking on the "Add Blog" link in the top menu.

If you choose to register with the site then you can login and leave comments after the articles and also changes the automatically generated tags. Lets face it, humans are better than computers so the computer generated tags are quite limited. The more people that accurately tag articles the smooth and better the site will be for everyone.

The site also has a rating system so that you can see the most read or the most popular blogs of the day. In this sense all of the users of the site help play a part in editing it.

The newest feature of the site is the ability to create a personalised feed on the home page that only looks at blogs you want to read. You must be logged in to use this feature so why not register? Its free and very simple, just click on the 'register' button in the top menu.

This site began mostly as a tool for my own pleasure, I am already (after only a week) totally addicted to reading as many articles as I can, this site makes it so much easier and I hope it makes it easier for you too and gives you as much pleasure as its giving me.
